Dylan Hunt is the founder of Caffeine and Commerce, a Shopify Partner agency that builds custom storefronts, conversion programs, and Klaviyo email systems for direct-to-consumer brands. A former Shopify employee, he has spent more than 12 years building and scaling Shopify and Shopify Plus stores for brands across food, fashion, pets, and functional CPG.
He created AgentReady, the free Shopify app that publishes Schema.org JSON-LD and an llms.txt index on every page so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google can find, parse, and recommend a store's products. The app grew out of a simple observation: the structured-data work that wins rich results in Google is now what decides whether an AI shopping agent can read your catalog at all.
