AgentReady (“the app”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business information. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and handled when merchants install and use the app on their Shopify store.

Information We Collect
When you install AgentReady, we access limited store data through Shopify’s API. This may include store metadata, product information, page content, and theme identifiers. This data is used solely to generate and manage structured data for your storefront. We do not collect customer personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details.

How We Use Information
The information accessed by the app is used only to provide the app’s functionality, including generating structured data, injecting it into the theme, and keeping it updated as store content changes. Data is not used for marketing, advertising, or analytics outside the app’s core purpose.

Data Storage and Retention
AgentReady does not permanently store your store data unless required to operate app features. Any stored data is kept only as long as necessary to provide the service and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose store data to third parties. Data is accessed only by the app and Shopify as required for normal app operation.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect store data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to what is necessary for the app to function.

Merchant Control
You may uninstall the app at any time. Upon uninstallation, all injected structured data is removed from your theme and any retained data is deleted.

Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
