Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. Post-purchase offers, Thank you and Order status blocks, storefront recommendations, Bundle Builder, experiments and analytics work on every Shopify plan. Blocks inside the checkout steps, the checkout upsell block, the shipping badge and the subscription switch need Shopify Plus, because Shopify only allows apps there on Plus.

Is there a free trial?

No. Plans start at $399 a month on Pro, billed through Shopify. We set up each store with you, so you are not left configuring a checkout alone.

What happens if I uninstall?

Uninstalling ends the plan, and the blocks and offers stop rendering. Your access token is deleted straight away, and Shopify's data-deletion request removes the store's data about 48 hours later.

How it is built

Built on Shopify's checkout

Blocks are checkout UI extensions, the bundle discount is a Shopify Function, and the offer after payment is Shopify's post-purchase page. Nothing sits in front of your checkout.

Edited in one portal

Copy, products, discounts, targeting and tests are app data you change in the Caffeine portal inside Shopify admin. Placing a block is a one-time job in the checkout editor.

Counted once

Every order line the suite placed is credited to one source, net of refunds, so the feature totals add up to the overall total.
