From install to a live checkout in six steps.
The suite opens inside Shopify admin with no separate account. We set each store up with you; this is the path we follow.

Install from the Shopify App Store
The app opens inside Shopify admin. There is no separate account or password.

Choose your plan in Shopify
Billing runs through Shopify's own plan page and shows on your Shopify invoice. The app never creates a charge itself.

Write your block content
In Checkout blocks, edit the trust, FAQ and review copy and save. Sample content is there to start from.

Place the blocks in the checkout editor
In Settings › Checkout › Customize, add the Caffeine blocks to Thank you and Order status, or inside checkout on Shopify Plus.

Turn on the post-purchase offer
Choose an offer product in Post-purchase, then select Caffeine Checkout Suite under Settings › Checkout › Post-purchase page.

Add the theme embeds
Turn on the Recommendations and Experiments app embeds, and add the Bundle Builder block where you want it, in the theme editor.

Shopify only lets apps render inside the checkout steps on Plus. The price is the same either way; what changes is where the blocks can go.

Data and uninstalling
The suite stores the order lines it placed so it can report what each feature earned, and sets a visitor cookie for experiments only where the shopper allows analytics.
Uninstalling ends the plan and the blocks stop rendering. The access token is deleted straight away; Shopify's data-deletion request removes the store's data about 48 hours later.

- Is it on the Shopify App Store yet?
- Caffeine Checkout Suite was submitted for Shopify App Store review on 26 October 2026 and is not listed yet. Request access and we will set your store up as soon as it is approved.
- Do I need Shopify Plus?
- No. Post-purchase offers, Thank you and Order status blocks, storefront recommendations, Bundle Builder, experiments and analytics work on every Shopify plan. Blocks inside the checkout steps, the checkout upsell block, the shipping badge and the subscription switch need Shopify Plus, because Shopify only allows apps there on Plus.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Plans start at $399 a month on Pro, billed through Shopify. We set up each store with you, so you are not left configuring a checkout alone.
- What happens if I uninstall?
- Uninstalling ends the plan, and the blocks and offers stop rendering. Your access token is deleted straight away, and Shopify's data-deletion request removes the store's data about 48 hours later.
- Does it add countdown timers or urgency messages?
- No. Shopify's checkout rules do not allow countdown timers, and the app does not offer them, in checkout or after payment.
- Which languages and currencies does it support?
- Shopper-facing text is English, and reports are in your store's currency.
- What data does it collect?
- Order lines the suite placed, so it can report what each feature earned, plus a visitor cookie for experiments where the shopper allows analytics. The full policy is at admin.caffeinecommerce.com/privacy.html.
