If you invest in being readable to AI, you should be able to watch assistants arrive. AI activity is the Performance tab that shows which services read the files and endpoints AgentReady publishes for your store.
Open it at /dashboard/insights?tab=ai-activity.
What you see
- Last 7 days and last 28 days totals for AgentReady-served surfaces (for example llms.txt, MCP, and related feeds).
- A clear empty state when nothing has been logged yet, so a quiet week is never dressed up as a chart of zeros that look like data.
These are reads we observed on our side. They are not invented rankings, and they are not a promise of how often assistants recommend you.
What it counts (and what it does not)
Counts: requests to surfaces AgentReady serves that we can see in our logs.
Does not count: crawls of your storefront HTML on Shopify's infrastructure. Those visits are invisible to this tab. If a crawl leads to a purchase Shopify can attribute, that shows on the Revenue tab instead.
That split is deliberate. AI activity is proof of presence on the AI-readable layer. Revenue is proof of business impact when Shopify can connect the dots.
DIY measurement vs in-app proof
If you want the broader picture of agent traffic (user agents, server logs, Search Console crawl stats), read Measuring AI agent traffic to your Shopify store. AI activity is the in-app slice of that story: the hits we can verify on AgentReady's own endpoints, without asking you to parse raw logs.
